In 2023, nostalgia was the name of the game in LGBTQ+ cinema on Revry. Timeless classics like "Who's That Girl" featuring the iconic Madonna and Griffin Dunne, "The Hunger" starring the legendary David Bowie and Susan Sarandon, and "This Boy's Life" headlined by the talents of Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro took center stage. Revry's Geographic Impact

Wondering where Revry audiences tuned in from? The top five states for Revry viewers in 2023 were California (13%), New York (12%), Texas (9%), and a tie between Florida (6%) and New Jersey (6%), closely followed by Virginia (5%). Collectively, these states accounted for more than half of all viewers. In addition, major cities like Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, Ashburn (VA), Miami, and Secaucus (NJ) were among the top locales where Revry content resonated.

The Preferred Genres

Romantic comedies and drama were the dominant genres of the year, collectively attracting 64% of the most-watched programming, with nearly 5 million viewers on Revry. Highlights included heartwarming films like "Boy Meets Girl," "A Very Sordid Wedding," "Dating My Mother," and "Eat With Me," all of which tugged at heartstrings and provided a sense of connection and belonging.

Reality competitions secured the third spot among the most popular genres. Leading the pack was the #1 Revry original series, "Drag Latina," which won the hearts of over 1 million viewers in its inaugural season. "Stitch, Please!" hosted by the fabulous Blu Hydrangea also added to the reality TV craze.
